How this estimate is calculated

Base $95 + bedrooms $40 + bathrooms $25, then the selected service factor. The recurring saving applies to cleaning; extras are added afterward. The minimum visit adjustment follows extras. Any configured service fee and tax are added after the minimum. A deposit is illustrative only and does not change the total.

The estimate includes only configured tax and fees. Currency changes display formatting, not exchange rates. Confirm the actual scope and price before accepting work.

Use in another project: for Framer Form mode, copy the entire v4 / Buyer native form wrapper including the calculator and native submit button. Paste it into a Stack and configure the outer Form destination. For other handoff modes, copy only the calculator and select the desired mode. Set Width to Fill and Height to Fit/Auto.

Edit the rates, currency and request destination in the component controls. Sample prices are illustrative.

The supplied TSX source is an editable backup: create a Code file in Framer, paste the source, then insert its exported component.

This is an estimate interface. It does not process bookings or payments. Check your own phone, tablet and desktop layouts after replacing the sample settings.

Choose Link, Email draft, WhatsApp, or Framer Form in the calculator properties. Email and WhatsApp open drafts for the visitor to review. Native Form mode includes the estimate automatically in hidden form fields. Never place one Form inside another.

This starter has no destination and does not send a request during the demo. Select the outer native Form and configure your own inbox or supported endpoint in Framer, then verify a real test arrives. No booking, payment or automatic exchange-rate service is included.
